WHY SHE’S RUNNING

Accountability, Transparency & Systematic Change

Susan Hutson is a nationally recognized leader in police monitoring and accountability. She served as Independent Police Monitor in New Orleans for 11 years, demanding that NOPD truly serve and protect all residents. Now, Susan is running for sheriff of Orleans Parish to bring the same reform agenda to the troubled parish jail. She will be a leader and build an administration focused on much-needed accountability, transparency and systematic change.
